  • Orders are confirmed only after full or partial payment (as per the payment option selected).
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Payments made through online gateways or cash on delivery are secure and encrypted through trusted third-party systems.

5. Delivery Policy

  • We aim to deliver all products within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transport issues, or high demand.
  • Delivery is made to the address provided at the time of checkout. Please ensure your details are accurate.

6. Return and Refund policy

  • Return will only be accepted if the product is damaged, defective or if the wrong item ( incorrect size or color ) was delivered. We do not offer returns for change of mind or if the product matches the original order specifications.
  • "In case of any issues like damage, defects, incorrect size, or wrong color, please go to the 'Support' section. Click a photo of the item, add a title and a detailed description of the problem, and submit it to us. This must be done within 1 hour of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange."

  • ​In case of any issues—such as damage, defects, incorrect size, or wrong color—you must report the problem to our customer care via phone call within 1 hour of receiving the delivery. Any complaints reported after this 1-hour window will not be eligible for a return or exchange
  • ​Please ensure you select the correct size before placing an order. If the product delivered matches the size you ordered but does not fit you, we will not be held responsible. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for incorrect size selection by the customer.
  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or the incorrect size (different from what was ordered), it will be eligible for a return. Once the return is processed and verified, your refund will be credited to your account within 7 working days.

7. Warranty and Support 

  • If a product under warranty develops a fault after 7 days of delivery, the customer is responsible for all logistics costs. This includes the return shipping charge to send the product to our service center and the delivery charge to send the repaired or replaced product back to the customer.
  • Warranty will be void if the product shows signs of physical damage, intentional tampering, or if it has been broken due to improper use by the customer. Upon inspection, if our technical team finds that the product was damaged by the user, we will not provide any repair or replacement services. The product will be returned to the customer in its existing condition.

  • ​Repair services are provided based on the nature of the product. Whether a product will be repaired at your home or must be sent to our company/service center depends entirely on the specific item. Our team will determine and inform you of the service method (Home Service or Carry-in) according to the product's category and the type of fault. Repairing is only valid if the item is within the warranty period.

All content on this website — including logos, images, designs, texts, and graphics — is the property of Afrina Store and may not be reused or reproduced without permission.

9. User Conduct
